Biorefinery — Oligomerized natural oils

Elevance has commercialized oligomerized natural oils as part of our Performance Waxes and Oils platform. Using metathesis, we can modify natural oils to provide functionally otherwise not available from renewable oils, providing customers in personal care, waxes and other applications benefits they need in their applications.

Longer chain alpha and internal olefins (C6 and higher)
Di-carboxylic acids (diacids) and Di-functional (olefin/carboxylic) monomers & derivatives
Advanced biofuels including Bio and "green" diesel | Oligomerized natural oils
Esters for lubricants, surfactants, personal care and other applications
